DPC is based on a monthly or yearly membership fee that covers all your primary care services in Delray Beach FL, including unlimited checkups, office visits, sick visits, preventive care, and discounted lab tests. You also have direct access to our practitioners through text, phone, email, and telehealth. Our membership fee is affordable and transparent at $150/month or $1,650/year (one free month with prepaid service). We do not bill insurance, and you cannot be reimbursed for your care (Medicare patients may be reimbursed for any Medicare covered services).
