As the owner of Holistic Primary Care of Delray Beach, I wanted to create a space that patients are excited to visit for their health care.
Every patient becomes part of our family. You will not feel like a number, but feel like we actually care about you and getting you healthy. You will not wait for hours in a waiting room, because we know that your time is valuable too. When you are with our providers you will have their full attention, and not feel rushed. I have always been interested in getting to the root cause of health problems with my patients. Instead of covering up symptoms with medications, I think the best approach is to start with holistic, natural approaches first. If those treatments don't work, I can always prescribe a medication. Many of our patients feel better than they have in years because we are not just managing chronic diseases, but actually being proactive in your health.
When I'm not taking care of patients, I love spending time with my 2 daughters and husband. You may see us around Delray driving around Atlantic Ave in our golf cart, with our kids and dog, Theo. We like being part of this community, and enjoy the beach, paddleboarding, gardening, green markets and more.

Being a nurse practitioner is a full filing career in which I can make a difference in someone's life. My goal is to be able to provide help to a patient with compassionate and individualized care.
Helping others truly does make a difference not only in those you help but within yourself. It truly invigorates the soul and it has given me great joy to impact those that I could help during time of need. My goal with each patient is to achieve optimal health and help maintain a good quality of life.
As a mother of four, I love to spend time with my family. I love to create memories with my family as I see them grow. I also like to exercise on my free time.
